Another great evening at this dependable eatery. From the moment we entered the warm, friendly atmosphere to finishing our last bite of deliciously prepared dinner we were so happy we’d decided to come. Highly recommend.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was fast and friendly. I had a hard time choosing what to order because everything looked delicious. We will be back for sure!

First time dining there and probably my favorite place to eat in Litchfield! I had scallops and my husband got the Halibut. Scallop dish was the best I have ever had!

Dinner was amazing. We ate from the fixe prix menu. The included amuse and canapés were delicious. It was difficult to choose between the course options because we wanted to try everything. Each plate was delicious! I highly recommend The Essex. It’s a dining experience!
