Beautiful historic venue with views of San Diego Bay from almost every table. The views- continually changing from catamarans to Aircraft carriers. History- the dining room is in the shape of the State of California. The beacon of light has been shining on the bay for almost 100 years. It is maintained by the Coast Guard. Food- delicious and beautifully presented. We had mussels, fried oysters, grilled peppers, beet salad, and the Yellow tail fish. We were pleased with all of our selections. You can also order seafood individually. Server Alicia was quite informative and attentive. Thank you for a pleasingly memorable afternoon/evening.

The breakfast Cubano and breakfast sandwich were impeccable, we kept trading bites and couldn't decide which we liked better! Breakfast potatoes were perfectly crispy and seasoned outside and tender inside. Cucumber cocktail and tequila cocktail with black salt both delicious.

Great food and cool patio, great for kids and families.

I booked a table for lunch as part of our staff development retreat, and I was so pleased that the PB Alehouse staff was so accommodating in seating us quickly and allowing us to move to a new table when the sun was in our eyes. It was cute and festive for the holidays! Crowded but thankful we made reservations. The heat lamps outside were perfect and we enjoyed the food and drinks . I would come back again for sure and bring my other friends. We love how it was family friendly so able to bring the kids . Ayden was a wondeful server and was very attentive so thank you so much!
