We had the tea service and it was a very pleasurable experience. I would never believe that you could feel full on finger sandwiches, but we did. They served us Champaign and our choice of three teas. For the teas we chose creamy Earl Grey, fig oolong and chamomile & lavender. Our favorite was the Earl Grey. The first level was sandwiches which were a wagu beef, a goat cheese w/ figs and a chicken salad. The second layer had two types of scones, savory and sweet and the third layer was what I would describe as a mini red velvet whoopi cake. Once we finished the three tier tray they brought us cucumber sandwiches with espelette pepper seasoning. I am going to have to buy some of that for my home! They finished it off with dessert of red velvet cheesecake with vanilla bean mousse. Before bringing our check they surprised us each with a chocolate covered strawberry on a bed of white marshmallows. This is a "special" occasion treat, as it is a bit expensive, but I look forward to the next time we get to go.

The Marigold Club is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the ambience is stunning—warm, inviting, and full of vibrant energy that sets the perfect mood for a memorable dining experience. The atmosphere is lively yet intimate, making it a fantastic spot for both a night out with friends or a special date. The food is definitely an acquired taste, but in the best way possible—each dish is thoughtfully crafted, unique, and bursting with flavors that surprise and delight. It’s not your typical fare, but that’s exactly what makes it stand out. If you’re open to trying something new and exciting, this place is a must-visit. Service was top-notch, with a staff that’s knowledgeable and passionate about what they serve. If you’re looking for a restaurant that offers a mix of sophistication, great energy, and a one-of-a-kind culinary experience, The Marigold Club is the place to be!

Our server was very helpful and reviewed all the different types of food. He also brought me a taste of two different wines so I could choose the one I liked best. We never felt rushed and we were able to talk with our friends even when the dining room was full. That is rare in most Houston restaurants. Everyone enjoyed our drinks and food, including the carefully packed leftovers.

A early lunch with friends was made most enjoyable by the tasteful decor and sound dampening ceiling installed in the Bistro. We were able to converse easily. The menu offered both light and hearty dishes. The potato and manchego cheese balls appetizer provided enough for three people. The French Onion soup did not satisfy the traditional expectations. Rather than brûléed cheese atop french bread, the cheese sank to the bottom. Flavor was good though. The entrees of trout, quiche Lorraine and chicken and artichoke crepes were delicious and well cooked. The mash of cauliflower and potatoes was served with a generous dollop of butter. The cold zucchini side was very tasty as were the chunky Bistro fries. The side salad was fresh but the oil was too strong. Acid or salt would have helped brighten the flavor. Staff was attentive without being intrusive. Prices were reasonable for an elevated dining experience.

Everything is great ，great service and very very friendly waiters ，the food was excellent too，we will definitely go back to that hotel again in the future 。
