Our $89 prix fixe tea service is offered Tuesday through Sunday.Lady Mendl's is an unconventionally chic tea salon housed within a Georgian brownstone in the Gramercy Park neighborhood of Manhattan. An opulent five-course tea is served in an eclectic and whimsical parlor by a doting staff. What an extraordinary gem right here, nestled in Park Slope! We felt as though we were characters in a Jane Austen novel, having tea with friends. The staff is SO nice, friendly, well-informed, generous, and happy to be there! We cannot wait to go back! Thank you Shelby and the other lovely young person whose name I didn’t catch!

We had a lunch reservation but after taking our drink order and serving them to us, the bartender/waiter never returned. We had to get his attention and he apparently did not realize (nor did he ask) that we were there to eat. I'm unsure of how many establishments take reservations just to drink? But he, and the rest of the staff who interacted with us, were very kind. The burger, spring rolls, and turkey/bacon club sandwich were excellent, as were the cocktails (Paper Plane and Perfect Manhattan).
