Sullivan’s elevated steakhouse menu pulses inspiration from a variety of global cuisines, truly offering something for everyone. Start your evening with a plate of filet mignon-stuffed cheesesteak egg rolls or a half-dozen oysters on the half-shell. Enjoy our fresh market greens, or sip our classic French onion soup. The Caucus Club, located in the Penobscot Building, is an historic, stylish art deco masterpiece featuring two distinct dining spaces, historic bar and live Jazz. The front entrance leads guests to the elegant front dining room with the stage being the focal point. The back entrance leads to the dark and moody back room and bar with space for mingling, cocktails and dining. Adjacent to the bar entrance is the Caucus Club Kitchen, fully viewable from the hallway of the Penobscot building.The menu centers around the in-house dry-aging room, yielding Prime Steaks and Chops expertly butchered on site. The balance of the menu features seafood and eclectic dishes that change with the seasons. Lunch has its own unique offerings, and the Bar offers distinct offerings for Happy Hour. An extensive wine list is housed in a state of the art cellar with private lockers. Dress code is business casual at a minimum, and is strictly enforced. Please dress accordingly

    As always, the food was great. They no longer have the Ribeye my husband I typically get, so I opted for the Delmonico and my husband the Surf and Turf w/Filet. My Delmonico was absolutely delicious! The zip sauce was the icing on the steak (see what I did there.... lol). I was expecting it on the side, but it was melted on the steak; Delicious!! My husband liked my steak better than his, but still enjoyed his meal. We will be returning.

    I had heard mixed reviews about this place so I was kind of skeptical. I’m absolutely glad I went. My filet minon was cooked to perfection, the Mac and cheese was great and I had the sweetest and best sparking red wine. 10/10 for me and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
