Walk into TORC and you might notice the music. It's rock & roll, blues, or soul, and it's undeniably on. You might notice the energy — it's high. And you'll definitely notice our bar. It's busy serving well-made cocktails and pouring rare wines we're proud to say you probably won't find anywhere else by the glass. There are no white tablecloths. The Q Restaurant & Bar, now in our 16th year of serving a well rounded menu of American fare, recently moved to a new location in Downtown Napa. You will find us on the Main Street corridor at 1313 Main Street. We offer dining options; indoors, a lively bar, the patio and a private dining room. Service is under the helm of Kelly Sherman, veteran restaurateur, Operating Partner and General Manager. Food is orchestrated by Chef de Cuisine Pablo Cerano, featuring American fare; Southern Fried Chicken, Fish, Steak & Chops, Salads, Sandwiches and Memphis Style Barbeque. Look for seasonal favorites such as Beef Brisket Pho, Chicken Pot Pie and Stone Crab Bar Manager Savannah Barto entices with Seasonal craft cocktails, now featuring Frozen Mai Tais!Private rooms and catering are available. The list of “Way Too Many Wines” represents the best from appellations throughout California and the New World. Mustards is an American Grill, featuring flavors from around the globe. The wood-burning grill produces such favorites as Cindy’s famous Mongolian Pork Chop, Sonoma Rabbit, and the ½ pound Niman Ranch hamburger. Specialties include Seared Ahi Tuna on sesame crackers and Crispy Calamari tossed with curried slaw.     It was amazing the drinks where so good and the oysters were amazing. The service was excellent and all three of our courses where very enjoyable. Overall amazing experience.

    The Snapper with shrimp and mashed potatoes special was hands down the best fish experience I’ve ever had in Napa. Service was outstanding as well.

    I hadn’t enjoyed Torc recently, I need to visit more often! The cocktails were superb (ride lightening!). The appetizers and salad were delicious! The diver scallops, and short rib were fabulous and the duck breast was outstanding! Kudos to Sean and the kitchen!! Philip provided great guidance concerning the menu and excellent service!! Oh! Forgot to mention the red velvet and the pave desserts…. We loved both! (My friends who had a not good experience at a previous visit were amazed - delicious food, exceptional service and can’t wait to return.) Thank you Sean, Cynthia and staff!!
