Thank you for choosing Sansei Kapalua OpenTable, please note we are located on the island of Maui in Kapalua. If you do not see your desired dining time please call the host team direct. Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar in Kapalua was named One of the Best Sushi Bars in America by Bon Appetit. We are the most popular Contemporary Japanese restaurant on Maui. Sansei has a variety of scrumptious sushi and seafood items that are legendary. Sansei serves incredibly delectable dishes such as our famous miso butter fish, shrimp dynamite, steak, grilled pork chops, smoked duck and delicious noodles. Please come and bring the Ohana as we accommodate walk-in guests. Walk-in wait times vary due to flow of the restaurant they could be as little as 30 minutes or upward of 1.5 hours. Please be advised we have not opened sushi bar seating since closing due to Covid. Early Bird Special every Sunday and Monday from 5:00pm-5:45pm, Everyone is on a walk-in basis for this Special offer.
