Fork Lore is a locally-owned independent Asheville restaurant featuring made-from-scratch cuisine. We source from local purveyors whenever we can and are proud to support our area farmers. In 2016, we and Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park, in which we are located, received the top annual food and beverage award for overall food experience out of 218 Hilton Hotels & Resorts in the Americas region. Stable Café is open daily from 11AM to 2PM for guests of Biltmore Estate.Satisfy your appetite for house-smoked meats, Carolina barbeque, grilled burgers, and other southern favorites in a historic setting that was once the estate's horse stable.Biltmore tickets or an annual pass are required to visit all restaurants on the estate. For seasonal evening events, dinner reservations for all the guests in the party must have an evening-specific ticket or be an estate lodging guest.
