Established in 1983, Chamard Vineyards, is one of the Connecticut Wine Trails founding fathers. Tucked between the Long Island Sound and the Connecticut River, Chamard enjoys a unique marine micro-climate ideal for growing European Vinifera vines such as Chardonnay, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Pinot Noir. We had a lovely family dinner here before the Polar Express. The NICEST waiter, quick service, good food, wonderful live music (Sunday night, he was so talented and kind to our kids) and an awesome table.

Carianne is the best! We love going back for the food and the wine, but mostly because she’s so sweet and professional. She has the perfect personality and the Bistro wouldn’t be the same without her.
