The menu offers freshly prepared local and international dishes with an emphasis on local seafood and produce. In keeping with their eco theme, Oualie promotes a "farm & sea to plate” philosophy. Deliveries of fresh fish are made right to the resort dock and the restaurant works with local farmers to supplement the menu with fresh fruit and vegetables.
