The restaurant is part of the Hospitality Management curriculum at The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona. In the restaurant, students rotate weekly through various positions, including management, in order to learn all aspects of a hospitality operation. Some of the finest professionals in the industry facilitate student learning.

Havana meets Madrid at Coco Palm, the beautiful hilltop restaurant overlooking the San Gabriel Valley. So happy to say that Coco Plams has stayed CONSISTENT even after the pandemic. Servings are substantial and still very delicious. Well worth the price.

We ordered poke nachos, Brussel sprouts, potatoes, pulled pork sandwich, shepherds pie, salmon, jerk chicken, apple and coconut sorbet desserts. Everything was delicious! We are excited to come again. Service was great. In and out in about 1.5 hours.

This place never disappoints. The food, service and ambience is always on point. Just make sure to use Open Table to make reservations on the weekends or you’ll have a one hour wait to be seated.

We ordered the grilled chicken fajita salad and it was delicious. Enough for the two of us. Server was really nice. People next to us were loud because of a game but left after awhile.
