The restaurant is staffed by students in the culinary programs and is under the direct supervision of Chef and Dining Room Professors.During lunch, your meal will be prepared and served by first year students. The meals represent International Cuisine with modern and classical touches. In the evening, The Heritage reopens to feature a relaxed atmosphere, more Continental Cuisine, and our second year students will serve and prepare your meal. The Secchia Institute for Culinary Education restaurants and kitchens are classroom settings. We take pride in them. First time visit, and was really impressed. Paying attention to the little things like the chips and tortillas being house made and fresh! The roasted corn dip appetizer was sweet and a solid choice! The carne asada was so very good, and my wife got Oscar’s baja tacos and they also were excellent! Such a nice experience that we bought our daughter and son in law a gift card on our way out! Definitely recommend, and will absolutely return!

We cleaned our plates! The new sorghum pepper fried chicken was great. Our old standard of the honey dusted fried dark meat chicken was, as always, fabulous. We alllll had the collard greens- yummy! I tried the chicken tortilla soup as a side & I can't wait to have it again. Your sweet tea is the best in this area. (Being from the South, we think we're experts!)
