La Bistro Italian Restaurant, in Hurst has been serving fine cuisine with passion and knowhow in its elegant and inviting eatery for 38 years! For a delicious start to your meal, enjoy the Maryland Blue Crab Cakes or Charcuterie Board. Homemade pastas, such as the 16 layer baked lasagna or the fettuccine primavera with spring veggies in a creamy sauce and the pan-seared Chilean Sea Bass are some of the diners’ favorite meals. La Bistro Italian Restaurant’s house specialties include the chicken La Bistro with portobello mushrooms and shallots in a brandy dill sauce, the veal Jerusalem sautéed with artichoke hearts and fresh garlic and the filet mignon madeira in a luscious wine and mushroom sauce. La Bistro is one of a small handful of restaurants in the DFW area that dry-ages it's beef in-house.     Miles away from other same concept Brazilian restaurants!! I've been to other Brazilian restaurants like Texas de Brazil and Fogo de Chao. Chama Gaucha is 1000 times better, from the moment you walk in. The salad bar is way bigger with way more options than the other two and everything is so delicious. The meats is where you feel like you're in heaven!! They're so tender and juicy, very flavorful and cooked to perfect doneness. Every bite it's heaven!!! Their cocktails and desserts are mouth watering. And finally the service, they simply go above and beyond, every single one of them!! Can I give their service 10 stars? No? Well they do deserve 10 starts. Do I recommend? HELL YESSSSS!!!!

    Decided to go last minute for Valentine’s Day made a reservation online only waited for 5 minutes to get our table since it was pretty full the customer service was awesome and food was great specially the bone in rib-eye definitely my favorite !

    Food was excellent, as always at Next Bistro in Colleyville. I have experienced enough Valentine's dinners in my life to know that the prices double and service for the first seating is rushed because they are trying to get you in and out before the next time slot arrives.
