Open to the public for the first time in the building's history, POSH offers classic American bistro cuisine in a refined yet casual setting, as well as the latest cocktails in the Fashion Lounge, and Oak Bar. Enjoy classic and affordable American cuisine in an elegant and historical setting. The City Hall Bar overlooks the impressive municipal building of the city of Scranton. Daily specials and farm to table offerings from our Chefs are available. The elegant second floor event space can accommodate up to 300 guests for a sit down event. Menus are customized to the needs of the client by our on-site event planner.

    The food and service was beyond our expectations. The branzino with lemon couscous and steak entrees were fabulous!! The beet salad and buratta appetizer were absolutely delicious!! Kiki, our waitress, was very friendly and accommodating. The chef sent out a sample of gelato which was wonderful! We will definitely be back.

    Our experience was delightful.. our wonderful waiter. Paul, was attentive, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He knew the answer to all of our questions. We had quiche with a side salad a bloody Mary Pellegrino and coffee. It was outstanding. Everything was perfect. Bloody Mary was perfect. The decor is welcoming , upbeat and modern, the outside is very inviting. It’s a wonderful beautiful establishment with a really nice menu. something for every taste

    We each enjoyed the signature salad. My husband had the filet. very tender and tasty. I had the special Asian short ribs. Very good.
