ZEST is the second venture for the owners of Grille 3501, an upscale casual restaurant which has sustained continued growth and success for over 20 years. Located on the 6th floor of the Gateway Building on the South Side of Bethlehem, ZEST has had the honor of being awarded the Lehigh Valley's favorite rooftop of 2021, favorite atmosphere of 2020, and favorite new restaurant of 2019. Chef Justin Cogan brings New American cuisine to life with signature dishes including braised beef short ribs and crab & mango spring rolls. The views whether you choose to sit indoors or outdoors are unparalleled. The 130 seat balcony lets you take in the sights of the southside like the steel stacks, Fahy and Hill to Hill bridges, and Bethlehem city hall in the distance. ZEST also features a partially open kitchen design, large 20 seat bar, and an indoor space with panoramic accordion sliding windows that let you experience the best of both worlds.

Union & Finch is an American style bistro located at 1528 West Union Street in Allentown offering lunch, dinner and brunch on weekends. The menu consists of casual fare that will include "comfort" foods along with familiar favorites with a twist. We have a seasonal rotation of select items on the menu while keeping our concept simple. Our goal is to offer quality food and drinks at reasonable prices on a daily basis with a mature sense of hospitality and playful vibe. We combine the nostalgia of a long-lost neighborhood joint with a modern bistro setting to create the area’s newest destination for relaxed, casual dining.

They were the local, social and political hubs that spawned the thinking that led to the American Revolution. Tavern at the Sun Inn continues in this tradition offering a Colonial-inspired Seasonal food and beverage menu in a truly unique gathering spot.Tavern’s culinary team is led by Billy Gruenewald. He offers a casual tavern-style menu that changes to match what is seasonally available and features some ingredients that would have been available to Bethlehem’s founders.     We always have amazing food and service here. This morning's brunch was exceptionally busy. We did not mind the wait, as we could catch up with our college-age son while waiting. The wait staff was a bit slow returning to bring take-out containers & the bill, but I am certain it was due to busyness. No matter -- we will be back!

    Delicious lunch in the beautifully decorated Hotel Bethlehem. Started with the New England Clam Chowder followed by Duck leg pot pie and Ricotta Gnocchi followed by Cherry Cobbler. Drinks were Appletini with Caramel and a Woodford Rye old fashion. Our server was excellent. Can’t wait to return!

    Very nice ambiance. They were short staff but did an amazing with servicing all the guests . Food was absolutely great . Definitely would recommend.

    The hostess was warmly welcoming with a smile. I asked her twice but forgot. The bartender was kind, attentive, patient and so hospitable. And she was cute!!!! She made me a just about perfect old fashioned. I had a house salad with salmon blackened medium rare accompanied by the lamb meatballs with a house made yogurt. Everything at Twisted Olive makes you want to come back!!!!
