    A Dallas tradition to be cherished. In 1971 before Farm to Table was a trend, the founder Ed, made it the practice of his business. After his tragic death some 7 years ago, I worried quality and service might change. I am joyous to say, the restaurant is doing better than ever. It was delightful to have a special menu for me and friends to celebrate Galentines. The food was delicious, perfectly spiced and expertly prepared. The Branzino fish was spectacular. Service impeccable. Ambience was cozy, warm and inviting. Long live Celebration - truly one of a kind dining establishment in the entire metroplex.

    have not been here for a long, long time, probably before Covid. The almond crested trout is just as sublime as it was then. Perfectly cooked. The potatoes though a generous amount were OK at best. Not bad not great. However, the vegetables were fabulous. The zucchini and asparagus had a beautiful smoky char flavor.
