Tables a little close together, but overall excellent.

the food was amazing but the setup and reservation was unusually bad. reserved for 4, then got confirmation, later got an email that the reso is only for 2, then called restaurant, they were busy, called again the next day, again a confusion about number of guests but we went anyway. Arrived at restaurant, there was a confusion again... not very Fairmont like but once we reached the Dome it was a wonderful experience. Server was lovely but very slow... we noticed she was also serving most of the restaurant inside, we felt bad for her.

We were visiting Banff and saw the menu which looked very inviting. Great food and portion size that we shared. The scallop carpaccio and chicken ramen was delicious! Service was excellent as our waitress attentive.

It was one of the finest meals I have ever had in my life. Also the value is outstanding. If you were to get such a meal in Europe you would have to sell a kidney. I look forward to my next meal there.
