We had the most beautiful experience and we owe so much of that to our server, Harold! He walked us through the menu and made sure we had drinks unique to the restaurant and to the region. We sat outside and enjoyed the nightlife - perfect end to a wonderful first day in Mexico City!

While every selection stood out, the true revelation of the evening was the Rosa de Uva from Bodega del Viento (Coahuila, Mexico)—a beautifully balanced rosé that exemplifies the growing excellence of Mexican winemaking. This pairing, alongside the intricate flavors of the menu, highlighted the richness and diversity of Mexico’s culinary heritage. Ir a CASA PRUNES lo describo como una experiencia en si mismo. Es una invitación a los sentidos y al disfrute de lo que para mi resultó ser una de las sorpresas más gratas de los últimos meses. Desde la llegada, la calidez de su personal es sumamente acogedora. Una vez que pasas el portal de la entrada, la decoración y ambientación del lugar te transporta a un entorno que hace honor al inmueble y la época cuando fue contruido, sin olvidar las ventajas, comodidades y lujos de nuestra época, dando como resultado una mezcla eclectica y muy bien lograda. En cuánto al menú, esta tán bien diseñado, que sin importar que platillos elegimos, todos los comentarios fueron sumamente positivos. Sin embargo, las patatas bravas se llevaron la noche, con su singular presentación y excelente sabor. Ya para finalizar, nos invitaron a tomar el postre en el salon de cigarros, el cual con su ambientación porfiriana y su cava de cigarros te exhorta a relajarte y disfrutar. Ya sea bien, que tu plan sea tener una cita en pareja, un plan de negocios o comida con familiares o amigos, es un sitio que destaca por sus múltiples espacios y excelente servicio. Sin duda, para volver.

Increíble lugar, pequeño y discreto, con una barra enorme para poder disfrutar de la cocina de los chefs, y para tener una explicación de primera mano de lo que nos están sirviendo. Pedimos el Omakase con sushi que fue una cantidad de comida muy buena, y que tenía una variedad increíble, muy cercana a la comida japonesa. Gran lugar para ser consentidos.
