Led by talented culinary duo executive chef / partner Brian Riggenbach and front-of-house extraordinaire / partner Mikey Corona, The Mockingbird offers a menu of comfort classics with a global twist and an ambiance of art deco diner whimsy. Walls are covered in beautiful custom-made wallpaper, painted tin tiles on the ceiling, windows open to two patios as weather allows and a larger-than-life mirrored bird sculpture overlooking the dining room. And then there’s the food and drink! Munch on a Mockingburger or Mac N Cheese (aka Feeling Grate!) while sipping an Old-Fashioned-ish or a Punchin’ Bag (ask about it – they are famous!). We also love hosting group events! We have a private dining room, an upstairs dining room and an enclosed patio, all perfect for bridal showers and bachelorette parties plus business lunches and corporate dinners.     Oh my gosh! What a magical place to visit at Christmas time! The ambience is off the chart! The decor, the staff, the food…absolutely everything was just amazing. I can’t wait to come back for Sunday brunch! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a fun night with a great historical building and fabulous, everything!

    Pinewood Social is amazing! It’s a beautiful building and great atmosphere. The cuban coffee is incredible. We ordered the salmon benedict and the fried chicken biscuit. Absolutely delicious! The breakfast potatoes are out of this world! Definitely recommend!

    Jacob & Lewis were excellent! The experience is just what you expect from Jeff Ruby's. From the cocktails, Godfather Roll appetizer, 8 oz petite fillets, baked mac & cheese, asparagus and sautéed mushrooms all were prepared with attention to detail and delicious. Each steak was perfectly prepared from rare to medium plus! The baked mac & cheese was the best! Our dessert, crème brûlée, and Espresso Martinis capped off an awesome dining experience! Highly recommend for a special occasion or date night!

    We enjoyed an outstanding dining experience at The Mockingbird. Our server provided much helpful information about the establishment and menu. The menu was eclectic and interesting. The shortribs with fried rice and brussel sprouts were delicious. My companions enjoyed the schnitzel and flank steak entrees. An exceptional dining experience!

    Happy hour was an excellent deal - $5 glasses of sangria or house red/white wine. The house red on HH was delicious and the sangria was great! (Waiter upsold me to add Brandy which was unexpectedly another $10+ to the $5 sangria - really that is the only negative I can say about this place). I have celiac and they have an extensive GF menu that my friend and I both ordered off of so we could share. Best thing we got was probably the goat cheese stuffed peppers and the mushroom flatbread. Absolutely delicious! Excited to go back!
