Best steak and king crab! Oysters were delicious! Christopher was an awesome server! Manager amazing as well, checking on us to make sure everything was above par. Overall amazing, thank you Rocco and staff!

You cannot go wrong with anything you order at Bar Italia! We’ve been here a few times and it’s just amazing. Highly recommend the spicy vodka pasta and the short rib pesto arancini appetizer! Always enjoy the house sangria as well. Must try if you’re in the area!

We were taken 15 minutes before our reservation which is a plus, but did not get a standard table as we requested in open table. (Just getting that out of the way so that the hostess can double check as patrons come in) Now, the server, the well managed staff and the manager were all very hands on and were very social. The server checked in often and the manager thanked us for coming. We started the meal with a cup of their famous Chicken Paprikash Soup. It did not disappoint. Finding good short ribs on menus is a bonus. They were exactly as described on the menu, the portion was adequate, they were fork tender and overall plain delicious. The Salmon was pan seared medium as requested and also amazing. The food came out in an adequate amount of time and it was hot! We were extremely impressed and will be quick to visit again, especially since it is in the neighborhood.

WOW! What a Valentine’s Day!! We had never been to Sora and we were so excited to try a little bit of everything! The restaurant itself is beautiful inside! Our waitress (I believe her name was Stephanie) in the bar/high top area was so personable and helpful! She made our experience great and she was always checking in on how we were doing, making sure we enjoyed our “culinary journey”! We started off with the chili wontons and the pork belly bao buns, both of which were superb!! And had excellent flavors. Out of nowhere a manager asked us if we liked spicy tuna and gave us a free spicy tuna crispy rice appetizer, which was so kind and perfect for us since we were thinking about trying it! It was so kind and the kitchen did an excellent job preparing each dish. For our entrees we got a little bit of everything to try, knowing we’d have leftovers we didn’t hold back! We tried the sora roll, along with the chicken katsu sandwich and we did the shiitake udon bowl and added pork belly. The sora roll was super delicious and the wagyu on top was perfect! We also thoroughly enjoyed the udon bowl and thought that the pork belly was perfect and crispy! And lastly…DO NOT SKIP THE CHICKEN SANDWICH! Phenomenal flavor and so crispy, the chicken was cooked perfectly and the brioche bun was a delicious touch. For dessert was we’re given some chocolate covered strawberries and the lava cake, both were a yummy and tasty way to end the evening. Our drinks were also delicious! I started with the cinnamon toad crunch cocktail and my girlfriend had a blueberry citrus tequila type margarita, it was awesome! We also enjoyed an espresso martini and a sora old fashioned. We do not have enough wonderful things to say about our experience at sora, the entire staff was so pleasant, kind and helpful! Multiple people checked in on us to see how our evening was and it was so kind and thoughtful given how busy they were for Valentine’s Day! Thank you so much! We can’t wait to come back!:)

The service and food were both great. I recommend Johnny’s Downtown for lunch.
