Mercato Della Pesheria in the Venetian Hotel in Vegas was excellent! Our waiter was very helpful when choosing between 2 wines. My wife and I started with a meatball appetizer which contained 3 meatballs in a very good red sauce with pieces of garlic toast. I had a Caprese salad which was unique in its appearance, but was very good. It had yellow, green and red tomato wedges and balls of mozzarella. My wife ordered the Pappardelle which was excellent! I ordered the Chicken Parmesan which had a unique presentation as the cheese and sauce come to the table and is placed on the chicken. One of the best chicken parm’s I have ever had! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Ridge was so lovely to have as our server. He was so personable and fun to talk to. All his recommendations were amazing as well. I’d request him every time as my server !! The food was also amazing like the carbonara and caesers salad. Lastly, the oreo dessert was amazing ! Sooo awesome this whole place.

Booked this for my birthday and loved it! Food was excellent and the service was top shelf. Recommendations from the staff on what to order worked very well and I recommend the wagu beef, the dumplings, sweet tai shrimp, and shishito peppers!

The staff went above and beyond exceeded our expectations on many levels. We were taking a very important trip helping our daughter check off boxes on her bucket list and she’s in hospice. Unfortunately, she was turned off by the risotto which Mom and I tried. It was fabulous. The server all begged her to pick a different option And after some convincing by the server who was amazing she finally did and she loved it. He was on top of making sure her every need was Met along with the rest of us, but he knew that this was on her bucket list and I briefed him privately on what this trip was Him and the remaining staff went out of the way to make this the best meal we’ve ever had I’ve been in the food industry for over 25 years and this staff far exceeded my wildest dreams, extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and respectful, absolutely amazed, almost brought me and my wife to tears with the amount of care for her specifically he added some special touches along with this management approval. I’m sure when I asked to speak to the manager because service like this just doesn’t seem to exist anymore. She already knew who we were by name and he already knew what was going on. She also was amazing. She thanked me for taking time because unfortunately, there’s a lot of Karen’s and Ken’s out there That just wanna complain and I had to stress that they needed. Every expectation we ever had absolutely amazing experience I think I left the largest tip. I’ve left in probably 20 years because I couldn’t believe how amazing they were had hurt and smile. The whole time we got home and my princess absolutely passed out. She pushed herself too hard. She ate too much but she had an amazing evening. Thank you so much to the staff that we had at Hells kitchen You truly helped us check off one of my baby girls bucket list items cannot say enough nice things about them.

This was our first time at the Golden Steer. There were six in our party and we all had a great time. From the greeting from the hostess to our wait staff, we were greeted with smile and a no problem attitude. The table side Caesar salad was absolutely delicous and my filet mignon was cooked to perfection. And I cannot rave enough on how delicous the special mac and cheese was and I am not a fan of mac and cheese but this changed my mind. The kahlua creme brulee was the best way to end our meal. I highly recommend the Golden Steer for food and service. April
