Soby’s New South Cuisine is an eclectic blend of contemporary continental cuisine infused with traditional Southern ingredients, transforming old favorites into something fresh and new. The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Greenville, in a renovated cotton mill built in the 1800s. The atmosphere is warm and energetic and the staff is well-trained to provide a fantastic dining experience for all of our guests. The Lazy Goat is a Mediterranean-themed restaurant with a menu featuring global influences from Spain, Morocco, Italy, France, Greece, Africa and the Middle East in a relaxed atmosphere where taking the time to "linger and share" is encouraged.     Fried flounder feature was delicious! Southern style orzo was creamy and was also very good. The pinecone dessert was amazing and looked incredible.

    This place never disappoints. If you’re looking for southern comfort food done right this is the place. We visit every time we come to Greenville. The sassafras chicken is one of our favorites. Shrimp and grits, salmon, steaks are all very good. Side dish choices are perfect accompaniments. The service and hospitality are spot on. Great daily specials. Very welcoming place.

    The lazy goat has again left me excited and happy! The staff were amazing and took care of us! It was our anniversary date and I had put in a special request and they met all expectations and above that. Out server was sweet and caring, definitely deserved a 10/10 review. If you want a special occasion I would 100% book the lazy goat. Shout out to the entire staff for making our night a night to remember!
