This was my first time going to Josephine. The ambience was very good as well as the food. Our server, Jay C, was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time. His positive energy and knowledge of the menu contributed to an outstanding dining experience. I was celebrating a special occasion, and he pulled out all the stops to make it memorable. I will definitely be back. 

What a delightful tea! The variety of savory and sweets were ample and delicious. Some nice surprises as well as more traditional offerings. The four pages of teas to choose from, the gratis glass of proseco and great service sealed the deal!

I have enjoyed numerous meals at RT’s and they are consistently of high-quality. RT’s has superior service, a wonderful ambience, soft music in the background so you don’t have to raise your voice and exhaust yourself speaking. The restaurant is always festively decorated for every season/holiday of the year. It’s clear that the managers/owners take extraordinary pride in and care of their restaurant. Last but not least, the food is exceptionally delicious and well-presented every time! And while you might just drive past this wonderful restaurant on Mount Vernon Ave. in Alexandria, without noticing, it is truly a gem. It deserves a few Michelin stars.

The perfect place on a snowy night in DC. The staff. Was very attentive and the food was phenomenal! I highly recommend you place this on your must go list.

The food is wonderful - always above average (it's on the small side though) I have eaten at The Lafayette often - nice for a special evening. Every bite was extremely flavorful. A beautiful experience. The piano melodies make the atmosphere regal. * * * * *
