Bodega SF is an evolution of Matthew Ho’s family's restaurant, Bodega Bistro, which operated from 2003-2017 out of San Francisco’s Tenderloin District, serving traditional Northern Vietnamese cuisine. The brand’s success continued as Ho organized pop-up events, eventually transitioning to meal packages throughout the pandemic to meet demand. In 2022, Ho and his partners opened Bodega SF’s brick-and-mortar location, again located in the Tenderloin District, bringing high-quality Vietnamese cuisine back to the community with a modernized, casual fine dining experience. The family-style concept allows visitors to sample its variety of authentic, creative dishes.

Beautiful Modern Mediterranean restaurant by Chefs Laura and Sayat (Star Chefs and San Francisco Chronicle Rising Stars) at the Main Parade Lawn in the heart of the Presidio National Park.     Always a great time to come and have dinner here. Brought some work colleagues and everyone was very very impressed with the flavors in the food. Tried a couple of new things this time round and the Strett Park Cauliflower and the Citrus Sea Bass did not disappoint! Great service, good drinks. Brilliant.

    First-time visit to China Live, and we were not disappointed! Attentive, helpful service (Raffi was super-helpful with navigating the menu), lots of choices, and quick service. We got the XLB, sea bass, and crispy noodles with chicken, and really, I can't think of a single negative thing to say about any of them. Dessert was the wonderful mandarin brownie with lychee ice cream. All in all, a wonderful meal and a great time out for my bride and I.

    Lovely service and some high quality food. Our sever was so very sweet and really kept her eye on the clock for our 730pm show. The pasta was amazing. The pizzas are good. Salads were both super yummy.

    Outside terrace seating is the best. It’s Restaurant Week and the set menu they offered was totally worth it. Drinks, appetizers, soup, salad came as soon as we ordered, but entrees were taking a long time. we had a movie to catch so I asked for entrees and desserts to be served together, and they obliged.
