Absolutely delighted with my experience at Bistro 31! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Michael and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and they were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was crafted with care, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The flavors were so well-balanced, it was evident that the kitchen prides itself on quality ingredients and expert preparation. This is one of the best restaurants if it’s kind. The food is so delicious and well flavored. The staff are spectacular - they remembered us after a period of a few months since our last visit. The drinks are divine! Overall- this is a MUST GO The fusion of Japanese and dim sum makes it just the very BEST!!
