Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique. We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly.
