Beauty & Essex has an innovative design that starts in the restaurant’s entrance, a well-curated modern-day pawn shop replete with a saxophone, boombox, quirky artifacts, vintage treasures, and an eclectic array of “one-off” pieces of jewelry. Continuing past the pawnshop, guests encounter a grand, circular staircase wrapped around a two-story custom chandelier, but only the adventurous will discover all that Beauty & Essex has to offer. I wanted try the burger for a while. I was told they did not have it cause the oven was down. So they could not bake the bread. A few minutes after I was told that a man sitting 2 tables down was served the burger. Not sure why that happened. I later seen the post okay. instagram. I been wanting to go to hawksmoor for some time Now to try the burger. But they did not make it for me. Overall eveything else was amazing.

Amazing food, great ambiance. Highly recommend the big eye tuna tarts, yellowtail sashimi, and grilled wagyu skirt steak (cooked a perfect med rare and MELTS in your mouth). 10/10 all around

This was our 18th wedding anniversary & chose to celebrate it somewhere new. The ambiance was amazing. Our server was very attentive & the service was amazing. Everything came out right on time which was greatly appreciated. We had chicken & vegetable spring rolls which were amazing. My husband ordered sweet & sour chicken which he loved & I ordered beef & broccoli which was good but I felt the beef was a lil chewy. My drink Mai Tai wasn’t that good but the mistaken drink Brooklyn was amazing. We will be back again in the future to try some other food.
