Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. Welcome to Sanzaris New Bridge Inn - a casual Italian/American restaurant, bar, and catering facility. Sanzari's has three separate rooms for dining and catering. Our bar room features a 20- stool luxurious bar with 5, 50" flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure and 40 seats for table service. Our Main Dining room is elegant and seats approximately 70 guests. The upstairs catering room holds up to 110 people for functions such as birthday parties, anniversaries, communions, engagements, weddings, business meetings (with projection system available), bridal showers and much more. We can customize a menu to your liking and price range.
