Chef Teiichi Sakurai, well-known as the founder of Teppo (1995) and Tei Tei (1998), opened Tei-An in 2008 at One Arts Plaza. Chef Sakurai continues the pursuit of introducing authentic Japanese culinary culture to Dallas through ancient techniques and years of mastering the fragile and sophisticated soba noodle.     The experience was wonderful, the food awesome and the ambience was great. I read about STK before I went there and knew what I was expecting, especially on a day after Valentines day and on a Saturday. Reservation is a must if you don't want to wait too long. As a casual diner I would recommend this restaurant as a place definitely for special occasions and celebration. Again I truly enjoyed myself there with my wife and highly recommend at least trying it once.

    Entire experience was amazing. Every course was great. We will become regular customers here. The best part of the night was our waiter TJ. He provided great service and was clearly passionate about his job and the food.

    We had a delightful Valentine’s experience. The staff were really great - special thanks to Amanda and Richard for helping guide our choices for food and wine! The live music was lovely, and the food was excellent. I look forward to returning soon!
