So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. Delicious dinner and great ambiance. When it’s crowded, it’ll get a little noisy but it’s a small price to pay to enjoy such amazing food. Thank you for opening such an awesome establishment.

A wonderful meal off the newly updated menu. Service is always very good and friendly. I was a little disappointed I had noted the occasion was for my girlfriends birthday and there was no mention of it. I didn't make anything of it as it was just she and I and everything else was very good.

A restaurant with classy. Not quite white glove but it had that vibe in a more comfortable and modern atmosphere. The food was outstanding with an interesting and creative menu. The French onion soup was a standout because of its veal broth. A slightly deferent flavor but because of its excellent deep reduction it made it exceptional. The crab cakes were fantastic and as an example of their creativity it came with not the usual Cole Slaw, the Slaw was made with celery root and very good. We loved the fact that they had cookies on the menu for dessert, they were great. It would have been enjoyable if along with the cookies they offered a nice glass of enhanced warm or cold mike. overall, dinner was a 10.
