I ordered the new chicken dish which was incredibly moist and flavorful. My husband ordered the sirloin with pomme frites.  Again, the steak was fork tender and the fries yummy. The escargot was not overly oiled or smothered in garlic yielding, a pleasant taste. The contents of the one board were complementary. For entrées, the duck confit was cooked to perfection. The haddock ratatouille was superb. The fish was perfectly flaked and went well with the seasoning in the sauce. Desserts were equally as exceptional.
