His culinary vision and passion for local ingredients create new modern comfort food dishes.     Hell’s Kitchen was a great experience for me and my girlfriend. The server was amazing she was very attentive and even asked if we had any questions as well as offered recommendations. Food was amazing honestly we were both going to come for just burgers but ended up getting the bison birria tacos and the steak. Drinks were good. Ambiance was great with the outlook of everything. Music wasn’t our choice of music but nonetheless was a great experience all around.

    We had a great experience on Valentine’s Day. From the moment we walked in until we left we were treated with great service. Our server Melia was very knowledgeable and helpful in the choices we made. She provided very personable service. Our food was very delicious. We both had the lamb shank. They provided us with a very nice knife for cutting our meat. This was not needed because the meat literally fell off the bone as soon as you touched it.

    It was our anniversary and my boyfriend’s first time at Billy’s. He loved the experience and the atmosphere of the place. Excellent sushi, very fresh. Will for sure be returning. I cannot remember our servers name but she was so welcoming and friendly!
