Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside. We continue to eat here every year when we are in town for a convention and the food is exceptional. The service is impeccable. We are grateful for the hospitality and atmosphere. I definitely recommend J. Gilbert’s to anyone visiting the Omaha area. You will not be disappointed!
