Our owner Jimmy started Mt Fuji Japanese Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse back in 2005 as an small sushi restaurant. My husband and I have never been to this restaurant so we figured we would give it a try. We were very pleasantly surprised by the food portions. We had ordered a small plate and when it came out it was huge. We had to take home a portion for our next meal. The restaurant overlooks a lake hence the name of the restaurant. The food was excellent and we both said that we would definitely return sometime in the future.
