While at Celeste, JuanMa recreates his mother’s rustic home-cooking that he grew up with in Lima, his menu at La Royal explores the varied cuisines throughout Peru, offering original takes on dishes from the country’s different regions. We were there for a family dinner after a wake. The food and service was impeccable as always. Our server was the best and attentive to us and as we were leaving , she offered her condolences to our family. This is why I chose to come here after. Always great service and never had a bad meal here.
