Using local ingredients with Italian influences, Terra is Eataly’s premium wood-burning grill restaurant located on the third floor of Eataly Silicon Valley. Named for “earth’ in Italian, Terra's menu features the season’s best ingredients cooked simply over open flames. Its food meant to be paired with an inventive botanical cocktail and enjoyed outside on our expansive shaded patio.We hold the table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering the reservation to our waitlist.Parties of 7-10 people are required to make a deposit of $150.00 and parties of 11 or more, email esv-privatedining@eataly.com to secure the date. There will be a $20 per person charge for no shows or cancellations without 48-hour notice.

The restaurant is named after the largest open air produce market in Vienna, Austria. We believe wine is better with food & food is better with wine. A perfect pairing is an experience everyone should enjoy..often. Our unique approach to food and wine means we are "wine first". We first curate the wine list which includes 65+ wines by the glass and then design a food menu that specifically complements the wine. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera who spent his early culinary career in restaurants in his native NYC. He then took his talents to Florida's Knife and Spoon, where he helped garner a coveted Michelin star. Chef Julian is passionate about sourcing hyperlocal ingredients & has a strong focus on sustainability.     It’s been a couple months since we came back. Last time food was so so, I can say kind of went downhill. Service though has always been pretty good. But yesterday was soooooo much better. Food was good. Service was also very good. It was Roberto. I watched him. He really looked around and paid attention to all his tables outside. Overall I saw an improvement. I also met one of the managers Alex. I spoke with him. He was in the kitchen. My guess was checking on all. I have been coming here since forever and since the beginning of Santana Row. I will definitely come back. It’s just a fun place to be. I had my 3 furry kids in their stroller. So we love sitting outside. Feel like Paris for sure. Keep it up Left Bank. You will get back all your regular customers to come back for sure.

    It is absolutely a hidden gem in the South Bay. The Asian/Korean/Fusion restaurant has creative monthly menu used the local fresh produce. The food is excellent and service is top notch. It has become one of my favorite places to celebrate special occasions.
