It was my 23rs birthday. My 6 year anniversary and my first time in Vegas. We were treated by 2 managers. Excellent service and they described the entire menu to us. Food was the best I ever had including sauce.

2nd time here -- Michael was our server (same first time about 2 months ago ) -- he is outstanding. He remembered what we ordered 2 months ago - plus he remembered what table we were at. Service again was outstanding and the food was great. Very enjoyable evening and great service.

Great experience. I didn’t know Harlo was a strip level restaurant. Food, service, and ambience were great. No reason to point out anything specific, it was all good.

Alex, with his infectious enthusiasm, went out of his way to engage with us, ensuring that every aspect of our evening was flawless. Ryan demonstrated a calm yet vigilant presence. As we dined,it became evident that JING’s commitment to excellence is a reflection of its leadership and staff. We had reservations on Valentine’s night and everything was exceptional! The food was wonderful, service was great, timing of courses was perfect and the ambiance was romantic. The only critique we have is the host greeter was not very welcoming or attentive. He barely acknowledged us and walked WAY ahead of us as we followed to our table. No eye contact at all when he hastily seated us. Other than that, everything was great. Can’t wait to return! Thank you!
