Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. The kitchen has certainly upped their game! The steak exceeded our expectation’s. Robert our server was attentive and fun. Took exceptional care of us! Mark the little maître D runs a tight ship and I wouldn’t even use it but it’s can’t wait to return!

This restaurant is great for a nice, romantic dinner. The ambiance was superb and our server was the best. Management stopped by our table a few times to be sure we had a pleasant experience. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend this restaurant to everyone we know! Easily 5 stars!
