Sungchul Shim, formerly of Per Se and most recently Neta, opens his first solo project Kochi in Hell’s KitchenKOCHI - Korean for ‘skewer’- a tasting menu of skewered dishes as well as menu items inspired by traditional Korean cuisine that’s built around seasonality and balance. We are proud to present this menu as an homage to traditional Korean flavors elevated by the hand of gastronomic technique. Eccellente... Ambiente confortevole senza le formalità dei ristoranti Stellati dove ho cenato... Chef e La sua squadra dietro al bancone sono spettacolari.... Cobo raffinato con influenze Asiatiche Americane e Italiane ci hanno positivamente sorpreso.. We were a large party… the service was great, everyone enjoyed their food and everyone thought their drinks were very good. I had red sangria and it was delicious! The only thing I would suggest is to change the phone numbers online to the correct one. It was a little difficult to reach someone at the restaurant

Our server was excellent, filled our glasses with iced tea without having to track her down. The ambience is great - a good view of the obelisk. My only criticism is that I requested a "medium rare hamburger" and it came out medium. I didn't want to wait for a redo and the quality of the meat was fine -- it just wasn't perfect.

Great experience, again! The rigatoni vodka is outstanding. Pasta is fresh (since it's made in-house). Great wine selection, as well. Looking forward to going back again.
