My wife and I are full-time residents of the resort and dine at Copper Bar often. The location is ocean front. There is live Hawaiian music nightly, sometimes with a hula dancer. The food and service are always excellent. The restaurant is located under a roof, in case of inclement weather.

Delightful dining experience on the island. The food, sake, and the ambiance was fantastic. Would revisit. Great hospitality.

Such a lovely afternoon spent at Islander Sake. We had a reservation for a 3:30pm tour and showed up to be the only ones there (Thursday in March). My husband and I and our ~2 year old son sat on the patio for the sake tasting and were educated for 90 minutes (!) on the fascinating sake process, its history, and why Islander has made its home on the island. We could not have been more happily surprised by what a hidden gem Islander sake was. HIGHLY recommend.

Great staff, quick service and we shared a pizza that was delicious!

Fish tacos were very good. Chicken enchiladas were also quite good. Drinks are tasty and service is very good. Chips are salsas are available but they do have a price tag. We like the chips and ordered a hot and a mild salsa. Both were good. We were surprised that there were few patrons here on a Monday evening. This is not your average Mexican fare.....it is upscale with unusual flavors. Do recommend it.
