When I opened my doors in July of 2009, I committed to serving the freshest Italian dishes made from local and seasonal ingredients. I learned early the heart of Italian cooking is the flavor…or sapore. My school of teaching was from the best; my Nonna Elena and Mother Lia. Their philosophy has been carried on in my style of cooking: use simple ingredients and the food will speak for its self. Had a fantastic time here. Husband and I celebrated our 15th anniversary. Got the star treatment. Got the chef’s tasting menu and loved everything they brought out. Big props to Ethan and John for the great care. Will definitely recommend this place and will be back again.
