It was raining. A manager meet us with umbrellas outside One friend was ushered in as she was using a walker and I used the other brought out to me to help the other 88 year old friend. We were ushered to the table chairs were pulled out for us to be seated!! Never have I felt so cared about. The hospitality was amazing! There is a tranquility and peace in the eloquent but casual environment overlooking the harbor and water On one wall separating the bar from the dining area is a huge aquarium where jellyfish float aimlessly The food served for lunch was excellent ! The food and service at Nobu can’t be beat. Every dish, spot on perfect. Our server & team were phenomenal. He curated our food selections & really nailed it. Food portions are small. Works for me but gets expensive trying to satiate a young guy. I’d love to see the “tacos” be sized for at least two bites. We ate in the atrium area at Nobu Palo Alto. It is probably lovely in the summer when you can see the garden. On a chilly, rainy November night, it felt a bit like being in the overflow area. Could perhaps be made more inviting with a little attention.

I am totally biased as I may have been to Sundance over 500 times over the last 20 years, but this is the most consistent restaurant at which I have ever dined. The staff is incredible, the food is very good and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The level of care they have for their customers is really unparalleled! I am a big fan and hope all will enjoy Sundance too.

Food was delicious! I particularly liked the fact that they allowed you to eat each course at a leisurely pace with the food being the perfect temperature when served. Everyone from the hostess to the waitstaff was extremely professional. A wonderful dining experience!

Our servers were very attentive and we enjoyed our meals (bruschetta, scallops) very much. Pricey, though, and they add an automatic 20% gratuity, although they do point that out rather than hiding it (to their credit).
