We're serving up tasty farm-to-kitchen dishes & cocktails out of our 'from scratch only' kitchen and bar. Microwave? Never heard of it. We use slow-cooking methods on our live wood grill, smoker and spit because everything tastes better that way.     We enjoyed a wonderful dinner experience, with excellent service from Katie. The Mixed Tempura appetizer was wonderful, with nice pieces of calamari and shrimp. My Wife loved the Pumpkin Tom Kha soup, which is available with the pumpkin flavor only a limited time. I devoured the Crab Bisque, which is absolutely legendary. The Kang Ped with shrimp has become my favorite main dish. It's absolutely divine. Merlion is more than just a great Thai restaurant; it has a special vibe and atmosphere that exemplify the very best of what Seabrook, TX has to offer. We have been dining here for years, and the staff here have become like family to us. Don't forget to try a wine from their extensive wine list. They have a large selection of wines to suit almost any palate.

    Our waitress was so sweet and attentive! We were celebrating our 31 wedding anniversary and she made sure our evening was enjoyable! The food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented and the house margaritas were outstanding! We don't go out to eat often but Whiskey Cake in Baybrook will be one of our go-to's when we want to enjoy a nice meal and a friendly atmosphere.
