The Scott family has always been extremely involved in the local community, including local government. The restaurant is named after John-Thomas' 12 year old daughter, Parker.     We made reservations at the Sun Dial to celebrate my eldest daughter’s birthday and they made our experience so special! The views are incredible of course, the food is phenomenal, and our server, Anna, was so engaging and kind and my girls absolutely loved her so much!

    Our server, Max, made our night special. My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary and he made sure this was our best STK experience yet. He set us up with the best table and made sure we were having a blast. The entire staff was very friendly and ready to help. The food was amazing, the ribeye spinalis is my new favorite steak period. You can’t go wrong with some Parmesan truffle fries either. Whether you’re celebrating a special event or just want a great meal I highly recommend dining here. If you’re lucky enough to get Max as a server you’re in for a special experience.

    We dine at Rays in the city anytime we’re in town for a convention. The food and service are always wonderful. Their seafood is the best, IMO. Calamari is to die for and although they charge for the bread basket now, you must have it. So good!

    The only not great thing about dinner was the wine service. It should be noted that a bottle should be opened at the table and our selection confirmed, before we pour the wine in decanter.
