Great food. Great service. A cute little decoration at our table for our anniversary! Loved it. Tableside guac was so good!!!!

We visited Block Kitchen + Bar, where we were on the waitlist for dinner. We came to PARK for a quick drink. Skoki Maple Old Fashioned was an excellent drink that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Our server jack was awesome, absolute gentleman. The bartender was on point, our white peach bourbon sours were one of the best sours I’ve ever had. The kitchen was amazing as well, my steak was seared, so crispy, and rare as requested. Tortellini was so flavourful, and the pizza was wood fired to perfection. Great job everyone!

We didn’t eat but I had to leave a food star rating. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome, thank you Annie (I think that was your name) We had the tour booked with the tasting option. We had a cocktail before we started the tour which was very nice. Service was great and very helpful, telling us about each cocktail. The tour itself was great and very informative, the tasting was enjoyable and again super informative. Andrew was a legend 🥰

Wha a great place to have some family or group time in a casual atmosphere. Full bar and fujll food menu combined with four lanes of bowling. We had a great time. The Fairmont team members running the venue were very helpful, friendly and professional. It was a nice experience for us.
