Callie represents Chef Travis Swikard's debut solo project after spending a decade working alongside the esteemed Chef Daniel Boulud in New York City. Had a fun lowkey evening with a friend. We could have happily ordered a dinner of all appetizers if the pizza didn't sound so good. We got the appetizer trio and the burrata for starters and the truffle bianche pizza (no pic) and ended with some classic tiramisu. I enjoyed wine with our dinner and my friend got a wonderful specialty fall spritz. The most disappointing bite was the stuffed squash blossoms, I was just expecting more than it was. It was bland with way too much coating. I think the burrata with Prosciutto was the best bite. It wasn't overly salty and just tasted fresh and creamy. I would definitely go back, there's so many other items on the menu I would try.
