Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. Food was amazing as always, our server was great. We had an 11 am reservation and still had to wait about 15 minutes for our table but on a Sunday morning for brunch, it was fine. Always a great spot to eat!

The full churrasco experience was great as always, but the beef ribs and also the cheese with honey were exceptional! The meat from the beef ribs literally melts in your mouth! That’s serious barbecue. I can’t wait to go back!

Food and service were top-notch. The restaurant has high-ceilings and an open kitchen so it’s a bit noisy, but not so much that you have to shout at your table. Try the grits!
