We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list. The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community. All seafood is also locally sourced from Florida waters, including clams from Cedar Key, white shrimp and squid from Cape Canaveral, and Snapper, grouper, and other seasonal catch from Ponce Inlet. I would definitely go to Cooper’s Hawk again. The food was absolutely delicious our server Josh was amazing. The wine omg was amazing, I have to buy a bottle!!!

I Decided to have my Birthday dinner here and I had heard some mixed reviews but over all I’m so happy we went , I think the food was good and the drinks were good as well, it is expensive and the service was super slow but they were very sweet and courteous to us! I would definitely go back and will go try their brunch soon

Our waiter was amazing! Lenny. Above and beyond on service. The unexpected Fireworks outside made it even better. Food was wonderful as well!

The experience was nice with the waitress and the food was really good. I would definitely go back here. They catered to us when we told her that we didn't want certain things in the bowl so it was nice that they were able to do that.
