Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Be sure to visit Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge next door to The Ruxton called Order of the Ace.

Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. Ruxton's was fantastic. I had the Bone-in-Delmonico steak, cooked to a PERFECT medium, with truffle butter as an accoutrement, I could not be more satisfied with my choice. I have eaten at plenty of steak houses on par with Ruxton's, but my meal at Ruxton's was as good as the very best of them, if not better. I would recommend Ruxton's to anyone as a top notch dining experience!

The manager on the ground made a huge difference in the experience. We waited a few minutes to get water once we arrived and she made sure to change the pace and the attention we got from that point on. She was awesome. The food and drinks were really really good. Definitely recommend anyone to go.

I had the black cod and it was absolutely amazing 👍 buttery and flavorful, excellent! My daughter had the steak and fries and enjoyed them but she said they were very salty. The oysters we had were small but fresh and delicious. That said, I didn't like being told to go online to see the menu. Can't give each of us a printed menu?
