At the brasserie, diners may enjoy traditional, hearty Alsatian dishes in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. These friendly establishments are immensely popular with Alsatians and visiting them is always the best part of my trips back to Alsace. I opened Jacques' Brasserie at L'Auberge Chez François to bring the tastes and comforts of the Alsatian brasserie to Great Falls.

Chef Eugenia Hobson and her team prepare authentic Greek dishes served attentively in an easy-going, informal setting. Our signature dishes include the grilled octopus, the kolokithokeftedes (stuffed zucchini fritters), the lavraki whole fish (branzino) filleted table side, and the arni giouvetsi (lamb shank with orzo). Our selection of nine desserts are all made fresh daily in-house and feature Greek classics such as the baklava and the galaktoboureko. Our wine list is meticulously curated on a seasonal basis by son Philip Hobson, selecting from Greece's top vineyards who produce indigenous varietals such as Assyrtiko & Xinomavro, and western grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon & Sauvignon Blanc. Our beer selection focuses on bottled Greek brews while our bar is fully stocked to serve both classic cocktails and signature drinks inspired by the best bars in Athens. Excellent, excellent food coupled with wonderful service. Lots of familiar American dishes with slight twist that made us all wanting more. The pastas, beef, chicken and calamari we ordered were all delicious. We were so excited with the flavors we just had to have each other taste one another’s dishes. We liked dinner so much, we immediately booked a table for weekend brunch!

Everything was great EXCEPT the music was way toooo loud. We asked if it could be turned down and they did lower it a bit but said that “corporate” required them to play it that loud.

Chris was our server and we really enjoyed our meal here. I ordered breakfast with a biscuit, cheesy grits, turkey sausage and eggs and my daughter got the salmon. Delicious! I highly recommend!

We did not realize it was trivia night and it was much louder than we were used to. It was fine, we were still able to enjoy a nice bottle of wine and flatbreaads.
